This class will help you increasing awareness of body movements and understanding the meaning of poses by developing subtle effects that usually are not easily recognized.

Welcome to join for a gentle class. The focus is on breath, body awareness and center ourselves, closing with deep relaxation accompanied with energy healing. Each posture, sequence and movement is designed to release tension and calm your body and mind.
Suitable for all levels, all ages and all body types. Suggested for advanced practitioners too. Various options are provided so that participants may find their desired level of intensity in each posture.
