In this 2-part Human RightS Initiative (HRSI) online workshop on leadership you will learn to identify key elements and characteristics of great leadership and dive into understanding what leadership can bring regardless of position or official authority.

By the end of the workshops, participants will:
--be able to clearly differentiate management from leadership,
--be able to identify skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary for exemplary leadership
--have a personal leadership action plan connected to their area of passion

These workshops are for you, if you
--are interested in your own personal growth, and are willing to take steps in developing your own leadership skills
--work with others, teams and wish to become better at the art of influencing, achieving common goals
--believe in continuous learning and development in your own professional and personal life and want to benefit from looking at effective leadership examples

February 20 and February 27,
Saturday, 9:00- 13:00 CET.

About the Trainer:
Eszter Handó - She has 20+ years of experience in coaching, training and mentoring individuals and teams. Most of her experience comes from the corporate world and dealing with business leaders. She acted as Regional Human Resources Director responsible for Procter&Gamble’s Central European commercial offices and production facilities.

Since 2012, her main focus is on leading their family business, a children and family friendly farm for leisure activities in the countryside of Hungary. She is passionate about transferring knowledge and experience to those who are curious and have a growth mindset.
