The ensemble named Nomad Generation Company stages the play ordered in 1959 on the fifth anniversary of Sándor Csoóris death, directed by Péter Novák.
The play needed no update, as it tells the story of timeless clashes between love, the burden of jealousy, prohibition and defiant resistance, poverty, wealth and unreasonable sacrifice for the sake of family traditions.
The directors confession about his own intention, to preserve as much of the authors original intention as possible, to accompany him into the thick of the story as much as possible, with special regard to the shocking lyric environment in which he speaks.
