Argentine Tango Night, National Dance Theatre Budapest, 1 September
The performance is an entire evening of live music inspired by Astor Piazzolla’s works. In addition to Piazzolla's music, you can also enjoy the catchy melodies of Carlos Gardel, who liked working with the young, talented composer, as well as other genres that influenced Piazzolla's work, e.g. jazz and classical music.

A dance piece in which each choreography brings to life a wide range of feelings between a man and a woman.

The choreographies and improvisations move the dancers in a diverse line-up, suggestively expressing the emotions and moods conveyed by the music.

You can see the cheerfulness and naivety of spring, just as a love triangle with its attachments, jealousy and cheating. Fierce dynamism, gloomy mood, violence, softness and savagery alternate.

During the performance, all varieties of Argentine tango are featured with live music accompaniment: dramatic, elegant tango, merry milonga and three-quarter vals.
Place: National Dance Theatre Budapest
