Hike&Yoga Program:
- a Spiritual Welcome from Dori and Francesco
- during a short trip we can admire Dolomites and other strange rock formations
- then we'll reach the Castle (20-25mins), easy walk, spending some time there
- gentle Yoga practice (all levels welcomed) and Zen Bio Meditation under the Castle with Sound Healing
Therapy in the final relaxation (2hrs long session , yoga + meditation/relaxation)
- when all this is done and we are all fully energized and boosted, we stay snacking and chatting on the grass, enjoying nature's pure energy on the rest of the day
