Two Veronese families, two pure young people, and one love of a lifetime. In Shakespeare's masterpiece, two lovers, determined to stop at nothing in order to be together, and therefore willing to challenge fate itself, find themselves caught in a web of old grievances and disregarded emotions.

The new performance, based on Harangozó Prize-winning choreographer Noémi Kulcsár's 2013 work with Miskolc Ballet, will be presented in the lobby of the National Dance Theatre by the Noémi Kulcsár Tellabor company.

After Midsummer Night’s Dream, Much Ado About Nothing and The Tempest, the company adapts another Shakespeare classic to celebrate its tenth anniversary in 2022.
