Award-winning guitarist István Gyárfás’s long time dream of creating a classic Hammond trio came to fruition with organist Mátyás Premecz and György Jeszenszky on drums.

Their 2018 debut album, Organ Grinder's Suite, pays homage to the leading trios of the genre from the 1950s.

The album earned critical acclaim and the trio also performs the repertoire in a live setting frequently.

Since the album's debut, the artists also created new compositions, so the audience of Opus Jazz Club will also have the chance to hear these tunes as well.
