Wamp On Sziget Festival In Budapest, 15 August
"Now first mini WAMP at the Sziget Festival! Come and visit the Hungarian designers while you are having a party. And if then your ear got clogged up from the bass and you would fancy wearing other clothes than your military trousers, come to the centre of town and relax on the design fair after the Saturday night’s Sziget Festival party or before the last get together on Sunday.

A good reason for visiting is to look at the exciting stand of the designer of August, Sándor Lakatos. The pieces of his menswear collection could easily be worn by the Muse performing right after the WAMP fair on Sunday. Its still not too late to get yourself a couple of indie clothes that you can wear on the last day of Sziget or after the festival! You may read more on the designer of the month here:

Our three-round Festival chic sytling contest is still on!

We have been encouranging everyone all summer to dress up in different styles for the festival season. This time we are looking for your extreme styled self. So indulge into extrimities send us your photo to win a voucher of the following designers in the value of 50 000 Huf: Artista, Balkantango, Bringabag, Camou, Panyizsuzsi, Suck Right!, Vadjutka, Zagabo, Zoephobic. Create your style either on WAMP by using designer’s clothes and accessories, or by using your own outfits. The steps of the styling contest are the following:
1. Come and visit WAMP! 2. Take a photo of yourself! 3. Send this picture to palyazat@wamp.hu! 4. Your photo will be liked on Facebook WAMP fansite! 5. In case your photo gets most of the likes, you win a WAMP voucher!

Design fair all day long

On the score of “Design through children eyes” the DEMO group welcomes children with new programs.

DJ of the day: NakedKool
NakedKool is a mysterious and fresh DJ formation, playing mostly House music. They will be amusing everyone at the design fair with Miami-Touch, House, Funk, Italo-Disco, and Acapulco music. Check out their music here and here!
