35 Dead Of Exposure In Past Ten Days In Hungary

Of those who died, seven were found in public areas, and 28 in their own home.
Police patrols have taken 1,215 people to homeless hostels, heated shelters, charity organisations and family support services in the past ten days.
Elsewhere, the Menhely shelter foundation announced that night shelters are filled to capacity because of the current cold weather throughout Hungary.
The Budapest care system is capable of providing accommodation for the needy but more shelters have had to be opened in several counties."
