The IndiaFest is again moving outdoors, this time to the communal garden of Grund that will be filled with Indian music, dance and gastronomy. First time in the 6 years of the festival's history will a Kuchipudi dancer step on the stage. Arunima Kumar is talented young dancer who has performed around the world from the Sydney Opera House to the Commonwealth Games in India. This will be the first performance of the Yuva Puaskar Award recipient artist in Hungary.
Before the dance performance there will be a screening of an Indian movie, which is one best movie creations in India.
The "Taare Zaamen Par" was nominated for an Oscar in 2009. However, there will also be some bollywood cheerfulness, dance party till late night by DJ Milendee. and the audience will take over the stage with the help of Kamala Bollywood Dance Group, creating a real festive atmosphere.
Shalimar Restaurant will be in charge of gastronomy and Szép Kis India will provide spice market. Plus the Henna painting will be there as well.
If raining, the event will take place inside Grund.
