Budapest Castle Hill Slope To Be Renovated

Budapest’s First District has formally invited bids for the renovation of the Várbazár, the area sloping down from Buda Castle towards the Danube. The winning bidder is expected to create an entertainment and exhibition centre to attract 250,000 visitors annually.
The total costs cannot exceed Ft 8.2 billion, according to the invitation published in the EU procurement gazette TED. Bids must be submitted by December 10.
