She has bagged Fulbright Fellowship in 2005 to study the relation between Kathak dance and Jazz.World music in Berkeley -Sanfransisco. Giving workshops,teaching,performing and spreading Indian art form Kathak is Kaveri's main goal.
Rina Chandra, flautist, has been learning Indian Classical Music on the Bansurimainly under her Guru Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia in the Gurukul Vrindavan in Mumbai, where she spent a lot of time between 2003 and 2011. Rina gives solo-concerts, has been part of numerous different projects involving music, dance, theatre and lyrics and teaches Bansuri in Vienna.
Gerhard Rosner (Mag., Dr., MPA), tabla player, tabla teacher and lecturer for Indian Rhythmics, was trained amongst others at the Shivaji University in Maharastra under the renowned Tabla Maestro Suresh Talwalkar.
Venu - Katha is the special dialogue between flute and Indian Classical Dance - Kathak. Venu means flute and Katha is a story.....a musical story toldthrough the soft sound of the Bamboo - flute and the expressive Kathak - Dance.
