Indian soup, spiced with cardamom, coriander and kurkuma

Dal – Indian red lentil soup °°
Using ginger, curry, coriander, cumin, garlic and a shot of lemon juice to refine the lentil – tomato soup

Pork fillet „Vindaloo” °°
Grilled pork medallions simmered short in a sauce made of ginger, garlic, cinnamon, mustard seeds and chili,
served with Jasmin rice, tomato chutney and pappadum bread

Tandoori Chicken skewer °
Grilled chicken skewer marinated in Tandoori paste, served with Jasmin Rice,
Baigan Raita (xoghurt with eggplants ), Naan bread and tomato chutney
