The anniversary exhibition of the Camera Anima Free School. The Camera Anima (Szellemkép) Free School celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2014. The school is also a production agency, a lab, a studio, an organizer of competitions and exhibitions: a meeting point of creative minds that is closely associated with Szellemkép, an arts journal launched 25 years ago.
It has successfully pursued the goal of helping novices connect with the Hungarian photography scene: several of its alumni are now key actors in the local arena, and some of them have also started teaching others.
The City of Light Writers is an event and exhibition that features, along with much else, photographs taken in Budapest over the 20 years of the Free School.
