Since its inauguration in 2008, one of our signature events has been the St Patrick’s Day Gala Dinner, which is hosted by the Marriott Hotel in Budapest. It offers guests a 5-star evening, with Irish music, Irish dancing, and specially selected Irish food and beverages.

The dinner is part of a larger event that expands each year, and is essentially a celebration around the 17th of March, Ireland’s National Day: St Patrick’s Day.

As part of the festival, we also organise screenings of Irish films, theatre shows, and miscellaneous events around the theme of Ireland and St Patrick.

Dancing: Catherine Gallagher

Catherine started to dance at the age of 4. she won numerous gold medals throughout her competitive years and international acclaim with world and all Ireland champion medals.

Catherine Gallagher joined the famous River Dance Show In 1997. Catherine will give a dance performance and help all attendees get their dancing shoes on to kick off the festivities.
