Support For Fidesz Rises, Socialists Garnered Support

Jobbik’s support fell from 14 percent to 10 percent in the whole sample and from 22 percent to 17 percent among decided voters.
The Socialists garnered support of 9 percent in October, up from 8 percent in July on the whole sample and 15 percent, up from 13 percent among decided voters.
Support for the leftist opposition Democratic Coalition (DK) stood at 4 percent, that of LMP at 2 percent, Együtt had 1 percent while support for the Dialogue party was below 1 percent in October, all of them unchanged from July.
Among decided voters these figures were 6 percent for DK, 3 percent for LMP, 2 percent for Egyutt and 1 percent for Dialogue, the poll said, noting that added together, the left-liberal camp has more support than Jobbik (28 percent as against 17 percent, respectively, among decided voters.)
The percentage of undecided voters who did not choose any party to support stood at 40 percent in October, up from 38 percent in July. The poll was taken on October 14-23 on a sample of 1,007 adults.
