Gold Museum Is For Sale Again
The villa on Andrássy út that hosted the recently closed Gold Museum is for sale, with an asking price of Ft 2.5 billion. The seller, TG Vagyonkezelõ, is the receiver of Magyar Indokína Társaság, owned by former career diplomat István Zelnik, which collapsed last May.

The receiver previously tried to sell the building, also known as the Rausch Villa, with a Ft 2.5 billion minimum price last autumn, but only one offer of Ft 800 million was filed.

A similar offer was made in the second sale attempt, at the same asking price.

The 1,062m2 villa stands on a 1,404m2 site at Andrássy út 110.
