The central system will unify all national, regional, commuting and local transport ticket systems when it begins operations, scheduled for December 2019.

The system will make community car rental schemes possible, based on the model of city bicycle rent networks.

State infrastructure development company NIF will build hubs to connect different modes of public transport, thereby easing transfers for passengers.
