This year the event takes place at Akvárium Klub, on both 3 and 4 March, and visitors can taste coffees, teas, wines, spirits and other drink specialities from 30 exhibitors.

During the event three national championships will take place: the Hungarian Barista Championship, the Hungarian Amateur Barista Championship, and the public finals of the Hungarian Sommelier Championship 2018 will take place at Gerbeaud House.

Along with the competitions will be professional presentations for visitors to try guided tastings, plus workshops and round-table discussions about such things as international trends, as well as a bar conference..

Entrance in advance is HUF 3,000 / day, or HUF 5,500 / both days, and at the venue: it's HUF 3,500 / day, which includes unlimited samples of coffees, wines, spirits and more, inc coffee competitions.

Tickets for the Hungarian Sommelier Championship 2018 can be purchased separately, including wine and champagne tasting at Gerbeaud House.
