Vörösmarty Square To Be Renovated

The renovation of Vörösmarty tér, in downtown Budapest, and of its vicinity is planned to begin in September, a proposal submitted to the City Council reveals. The works will last until August next year.
Along with Vörösmarty tér, Deák Ferenc utca between Bécsi utca and the Vigadó building in Vigadó utca and Harmincad utca will also be modernised.
The Ft 1.6 billion development project will be funded by the Fifth District from money provided by the Interior Ministry.
