Most Hungarians Want To Adopt Euro

Nearly two thirds of Hungarians favour the introduction of the Euro, the second highest rate in the region, while 54%, the highest rate ever, believe that adopting the Euro would have positive consequences for them personally.
This is according to Eurobarometer, the European Commission’s public opinion survey agency, it was announced this Wednesday.
The survey was published on the same day on which the European Central Bank said Hungary meets only two of the five criteria needed to be met for the introduction of the euro.
