Ukraine’s accession to the European Union would ruin Hungary’s economy, the prime minister told public radio on Friday.
The US administration is demonstrating hundred percent openness to reviewing and discontinuing the revenge measures introduced against Hungary during the previous administration, Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said in Washington, DC, on Tuesday.
It is "unthinkable" that Ukraine could join the EU, Prime Minister Viktor Orban said in an interview to public radio.
Former US ambassador David Pressman's attempt to "lecture" Hungary is "pathetic", Zoltan Kovacs, the state secretary for international communication and relations, said, adding that US President Donald Trump and Elon Musk have exposed "probably the biggest corruption network of our age".
