VIBE Budapest, the city’s modern dining-meets-entertainment hotspot, is celebrating its 1st anniversary on December 20, marking a full year of transformation, expansion and remarkable growth. In just twelve months, the venue has become one of Budapest’s most distinctive and internationally minded places, a favourite among locals, visitors and the expat community alike.

The VIBE’s evolution accelerated dramatically this summer, when two key hospitality figures joined the team: Restaurant Director Orhan Turkay, who spent 18 years in London’s fast-paced restaurant scene, and Executive Chef Meghraj Chavan, whose background spans luxury hotels and acclaimed restaurants in London.
Their international mindset reshaped VIBE from a show-centric venue into a refined, experience-driven destination where the culinary offering now stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the entertainment.
Over the past months, the restaurant has introduced a completely renewed menu, an expanded steak selection, a curated new wine list, a freshly built sommelier team and a fully upgraded cocktail program. The kitchen became more expressive, the service more polished, and the entire guest experience more harmonious.
Today, VIBE is defined not only by its visually striking design and dynamic shows, but by a level of gastronomic detail and consistency inspired by the great dining cities of the world.
Part of VIBE’s unique character comes from its multinational team, now one of the most diverse in Budapest. Colleagues from India, Turkey, the Philippines, Azerbaijan, Iran, England and Hungary work side by side, bringing perspectives from some of the world’s most vibrant food cultures.
