Volánbusz Recruiting Drivers With Special Festival Bus In Hungary
State coach company Volánbusz will tour summer festivals with a special bus equipped with a driving simulator, to recruit potential employees.

Changing trends on the labour market require a different approach to recruiting staff, said chairman and CEO Ilona Dávid as she presented the special bus to the media on Monday.

Volánbusz has converted a Mercedes Citaro 0530 model and equipped it with WiFi connection and 230-volt sockets.

A driving simulator has been installed at the centre of the vehicle and there are sofas at the back of the bus, where job interviews can be held.

The bus will debut at the week-long Efott festival, which starts on Tuesday near Lake Velence.
