Video: Hungarians Said To Have Juggled Multiple Identities For Centuries
Hungary - at the crossroads of Europe - has juggled multiple identities for centuries, says TRT World - Turkish state news channel.

Hungary was ruled by the Ottomans for 150 years, and during World War Two, it was the scene of some of the worst atrocities against Jews, TRT continues.

While many Hungarians consider themselves European, there is some consensus their origin begins further east they say, here's a related TRT video report.
