’Wine & Violin’, Violin Maker's Salon @ Fonó Budapest, 7 – 8 March

This event is an exhibition of Hungarian contemporary stringed instruments and fine wine varieties from across Hungary. In celebration of International Women's Day, female vintners have been invited to introduce their vintages.
Enjoy a round-table discussion in Hungarian with some of the exhibiting violin makers and vintners. Later, stay for the evening concerts by internationally renowned musicians: Ágnes Langer and Éva Szalai, VOLOSY.
On the second day of this event, the Somogyi String Quartet gives the pleasure of a matinée concert, playing chamber music by Beethoven and Dvorák on the exhibited instruments.
Come and try the instruments, taste the fine wines and enjoy the concerts.
