Cancelled: Paloznaki Jazzpiknik, Homola Winery In Hungary, 20 – 22 August
In one of the most popular villages on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, this winery will again host the "Paloznaki Jazzpiknik" in 2020 - a 3-day, 4-stage, 20-concert event outside in a country house yard, held as part of the "Nagyon Balaton" event series.

The initial idea was based the relationship between good wines and good music, say the event masterminds Szabolcs Homola and Orsolya Valde.

"Creating a high-quality yet cosy event hovered in front of our eyes then - and and today - offering an alternative to mass festivals on Lake Balaton", they say.

"High-quality gastronomy, the presence of local producers and attention to sustainability are important for the best domestic and international speakers", they add.

Here close to Lake Balaton, a picnic atmosphere is created at the Palintos Vineyard. The village with only 500 inhabitants - just 10 minutes by car from Balatonfüred - becomes Hungary's capital of jazz for three days.

Entrance for children up to 14 years is free of charge.
The event is dog-friendly.

Main performers:
Mario Bondi, Finucci Bros Quartet, Randy Becker, MF Robots, Jamie Winchester & Hrutka Róbert Band, Candy Dulfer, Zséda, Dan Von Schulz  and others
