Budapest Andrássy Út Palace To Be Renovated
AEW investment fund will start the renovation of the prestigious Krausz Palace at Andrássy út 12 in the summer, after obtaining heritage protection permits.

The overhaul of the 19th-century building is to be completed in 2022.

The project, to be carried out by building manager Limehouse Partners, will establish 4,000m² of office space and 340m² of commercial space on the ground floor.

The complete renovation also includes a renewal of the mechanical and ventilation systems, while preserving the historic and architectural features.

The palace was built in 1884 based on designs by architect Zsigmond Quittner. Its courtyard is decorated with paintings by German-Hungarian portrait painter Károly Lotz.
