Video Guide for Euro Footy Fans in Budapest
The UEFA European Championship is now on in Budapest – among many other European cities – teh Hungarian capital will host several matches in the recently reconstructed Puskás Arena, between 15th of June and 27th of June.

Hungarians are huge fans of football – who still think back with fondness to the golden age – in the 50’s the national football team was known as The Golden Team, and Öcsi Puskás’s name is still well known worldwide.

In this short video below you can see relevant information about Budapest, football related fun facts, the dos and don’ts before and after the game.

The film makers show you not only the most amazing cityscapes and iconic monuments and sites round the Puskás Arena, the funzone as well as the hotels, but also talk about the remembrance of Puskás and the huge murals dedicated to the legendary 6:3 – "Match of the Century" against England in 1953.

And of course even in this video they make short trip to the ruin pubs and help those in need to pronounce E-gész-sé-ged-re?

Several Covid-related regulations are still in effect –  it’s still obligatory to wear your mask in public transport and to enter the Puskás Arena.

Group stage matches:

Hungarian – Portugal: June 15th
French – Hungarian: June 19th
French – Portugal: June 23th
and one of the round 16 matches in June 27th
