Vodafone to Interrupt Customer Service
Vodafone will renew its mobile customer service during July 24-28, which means that certain services will not be available, Portfolio writes.

The technical switch to a centralised mobile customer service will not affect basic services, internet, television and mobile and fixed telephony.

Payment via mobile phone will be unavailable for four days. Customers can pay their bills by bank transfer or using the postal cheque.

As it will not be possible to activate roaming services or purchase extra data during the technical break, Vodafone is asking customers to complete such tasks before July 24.
