Hungarian Army Development Plan Gets Greenlight From President Ader
President János Áder has given the green light to the development plan for the Hungarian Armed Forces, army commander Romulusz Ruszin-Szendi said on Wednesday.

Ruszin-Szendi told the press that he had briefed Áder on the details of the evacuation mission in Afghanistan and the Breakthrough 2021 exercise in Várpalota, in central Hungary.

The exercise, he said, has demonstrated traditional and new strengths of the armed forces.

Áder, who is also commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, also approved the development plans aiming to turn the Hungarian Armed Forces into a major force in the region, Ruszin-Szendi said.
