The new concept embraces the exciting and vibrant lifestyle character of South America and mixes it with the distinctive Hungarian produce, and flawless Ritz Carlton service.

The unique menu offering stretches from early afternoon till late night, and invites a diverse group of food enthusiasts, varying from locals to curious hotel guests, to discover Churrasco and Latin food in a new and stylish way.

With interactive table service performance based on Rodizio culture and crafted South American infused cocktails, the food is authentically Latin-American, presented and served in a simple yet refined and original way that fits the contemporary angle of the Ritz Carlton Budapest.

The beverage philosophy concentrates on crafted caipirinhas, Latin soft drinks and cocktails, South American coffees, local beers and wines.

AHG’s founding Chairman Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, the owner of the Ritz-Carlton, Budapest travelled for the occasion and hosted the first terrace dinner* amongst friends to unveil and showcase this exciting new concept in his favorite European city of Budapest

Ipanema is the hub for Latin American food, crafted cocktails, vivid and discerning gatherings in Budapest. Our restaurant delivers the highest quality Brazil churrasco and authentic, yet original Latin-American food, on a stylish and refined ambiance.

IPANEMA is more than a Restaurant, it is a unique South-American Cocktail Bar and entertainment hub that explores the diversity of the various lively Latin American cultures, ranging from food, design, cultural festivities, traditions and music.

Live events with Bossa Nova, Latin DJ chill out vibes are part of the bi-weekly pre-dinner drink gatherings and rituals. The beverage concept explores the rich diversity of exciting drinks across the Latin-American continent.

The cocktail and beverage list features a list of playful latin cocktails that are inspired by well-known South American drinks and spirits. it will be the use of quality and home-made ingredients, as well as their creative presentation, using iconic operating equipment and a fun and exciting service style, that will make these drinks stand out.

Special attention is paid to horchatas and aguas frescas that may be new to the local market but surely soon appreciated as new favorites.

Great barista coffee prepared with South-American coffee beans, café con leche, cubano and café de olla, as well as original coffee cocktails like tableside carajillos form a tribute to the latino coffee culture.
