Watch: Orban Blocks EU's 50 Billion Euro Ukraine Aid Package

European Union leaders were unable to agree on a €50 billion ($54 billion) aid package for Ukraine after Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban blocked it, sending the debate into early next year as the bloc struggles to counter concerns that Western support is faltering. Bloomberg's Zoltan Simon reports from Budapest.
