'Night of Ice Rinks' in Hungary, 20 January

On Saturday 20 January, as always since 2016, the Hungarian Ice Hockey Association will organise the Ice Rink Night,’ Hungarian news agency MTI wrote. According to the MJSZ, the central location will again be the Városliget Ice Rink, and more than thirty rinks will join the event.

Tens of thousands of people are set to put on skates all over the country this year again.
Ice hockey and music programs are also organised in several rural locations, such as in Debrecen, Ajka, Zalaegerszeg, Kaposvár, Békéscsaba.
The Ice Rink Night was chosen as the leisure sports event of the year in 2023 at the M4 Sport Athlete of the Year gala.
