LiveJasmin Billionaire Puts Luxury Budapest Properties on Market
Billionaire György Gattyán is offering his two luxury properties in Szemlőhegy in the Second District in Budapest for sale, HVG learned.

The asking price for the villas owned by Docler Real Estate is Ft 2.7 billion each.

Movie producer Andy Vajna and his wife rented one of the villas in Szeréna út from 2013 until his death in 2019, Blikk adds.

The former building of the luxury department store Il Bacio di Stile on Andrássy út has also been put up for sale by its owner Gattyán.
