Some refused to work on Friday evening, while others staged a “strike” by accepting shifts but refusing to deliver orders.

Payments, typically processed biweekly, were delayed, with couriers receiving only transfer notices but no actual funds.

Delivery Hero attributed the issue to banking technical problems, but frustration among couriers continues to mount.
