Budapest’s Christmas markets opened on November 14, signaling the start of the city’s festive season. FSince then Vörösmarty tér and the area around St. Stephen’s Basilica become lively hubs of holiday activity, with sparkling lights, the aroma of mulled wine, and the sounds of carols filling the air.
