Park Center Strip Malls in Hungary Acquired by Fund Manager Granit
Fund manager Granit Asset Management (Alapkezelő) has signed a contract to acquire the Park Center shopping malls in Hungary from Revetas Capital, Granit Alapkezelő announced.

Granit Alapkezelo made the acquisition for the Magyar Posta Takarek real estate investment fund.

The eight strip malls and four single-tenant units have a combined leasable area of 45,000sqm.

Granit Alapkezelo will operate the properties under its Zone Shopping Centre brand.

The transaction, which still requires regulatory clearance, will bring the total leasable area in the fund manager's retail portfolio to more than 142,000sqm.
