4iG Becomes Sole Owner of ACE Network in Hungary
Listed ICT company 4iG on Tuesday said it closed the acquisition of a 30pc stake in ACE Network, making it the sole owner of the data centre and security company.

4iG had announced the deal to boost its stake in ACE Network in December. 4iG acquired a 70pc stake in ACE Nework's legal predecessor, Spacenet, in 2021.

ACE Network is a Cisco GOLD Integrator and Provider partner. It represents F5, Palo Alto, HPE, Check Point, Juniper, Fortinet and Nokia in Hungary.

The company's revenue reached HUF 10bn in 2024.
