The investment reinforces Hungary’s position as an important manufacturing hub within the company’s European network and contributes to the country’s growing food industry sector.

The plant has the capacity to produce 230 million ice cream products annually and employs around 500 workers, making it a significant local employer in Veszprém County.

The facility supports both domestic supply and export activities, strengthening Hungary’s role in regional distribution.

The site manufactures well-known brands such as Magnum, Cornetto, and Carte d'Or, supplying not only the Hungarian market but also several European countries.

The development aligns with Hungary’s broader strategy to attract high-value manufacturing investments and boost export-driven growth in the food processing industry.
