Property Insight: Home Rental Rates Rise 5.5% in Hungary
Home rental rates in Hungary rose 5.5pc year-on-year in July, data compiled by the Central Statistics Office (KSH) from listings site Ingatlan.com show.

Rental rates in the capital increased 5.0pc.

In a month-on-month comparison, home rental rates rose 1.6pc nationwide and were 1.7pc higher in Budapest.

In the capital, the median monthly rental rate stood at HUF 260,000 early in August. Monthly rental rates were HUF 220,000 in Debrecen, HUF 210,000 in Szeged and HUF 200,000 in Gyor.
