1. When did you arrive in Hungary and what brought you here?
I was born as Zsombor Gal in Romania as a member of the Hungarian minority and moved to Germany when I was 6. I still speak the Hungarian language fluently, since 2002 I visit Budapest and the Lake Balaton more than 10 times a year, for visiting family-members, friends and for playing golf at the beautiful golf courses in Hungary. I have a house at the Lake Velence.

2. Have you ever been an expatriate elsewhere?
I lived and worked in many countries, for example Italy, Spain, Sri Lanka, Kenya and the Kingdomness of Tonga (South Sea), where I worked as a volunteer doctor. Also I did the same in Cape Town/ South Africa in 1999. Since 2003 I have my permanent base in Heidelberg, Germany where I have my own dental office, the only five-star-dentistry: www.drgal.de

3. What surprised you most about Hungary?
The hidden beautines of Budapest.

4. Friends are in Budapest for a weekend - what must they absolutely see and do?
Visit Chain-bridge, take a ride with the tram along the Danube river and walk along Andrássy út to the Hősök-tere! Amazing. Also they have to try "lángos"!

5. What is your favourite Hungarian food?
Gesztenye-püré

6. What is never missing from your refrigerator?
Bottle of champagne – there is always a reason to celebrate!

7. What is your favourite Hungarian word?
Szeretlek..This word is very special and I connect only the best with it.

8. What do you miss the most from home?
I never had a real "home"..I feel well everywhere on earth when the people around me are friendly and communicative..

9. What career other than yours would you love to pursue?
Jet-Fighter-Pilot

10. What's a job you would definitely never want?
A job as an employee

11. Where did you spend your last vacation?
Costa Rica – it was marvellous and unforgotten. Absolutely stunning and outstanding..

12. Where do you hope to spend your next one?
Madagaskar, and in summer again at Lake Balaton, in Balaton-Füred. I love to be there.
