The Budapest assembly on Wednesday approved the final proposal on locations selected under the Hungarian capital’s bid to host the 2024 Olympics. Budapest’s mayor, István Tarlós, has failed to discuss proposals concerning renovating the third metro line or handling the capital’s current smog problem, a Socialist representative said. Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó said on Saturday that it is in Hungary’s national economic interest that Formula 1 should be brought to the Hungaroring every year, and the government is setting aside 5 billion forints in the 2017 budget for revamping the track.

The Hungaroring is celebrating its 30th birthday this year and it’s as popular as always, with excellent prospects.

The biggest equestrian festival in Hungary is arranged every year in Budapest in a most beautiful environment at the majestic Heroes Square. The first National Gallop was arranged in 2008 and it has since then become a popular event with lots of Hungarian culture, crowds of people and action filled horse races at the 6200m2 horse track at the Heroes Square.

480 participants started the ’Wacky Races’ and the most of the racers arrived to Bamako although not without real hardships. Blood pressure of the racers remained normal on the European section except some regular repairs. The racers arrived to the African continent on the third day.

The game itself is a wonderful one, but let us be brutally honest, it is awfully boring to watch it, unless you are a retired player, who understands what is happening in the water, or you are a lady, who is only on the stands to catch a glimpse of the players’ athletic bodies.
