Jobbik Prepares Football Protest In Hungary
Jobbik will arrange a protest outside the Puskás Ferenc Stadium on Dózsa György út on Friday night when the Hungarian national football team hosts Romania in a World Cup qualifying match.

FIFA, the sport’s international governing body, has ordered that the game be played in an empty stadium as punishment for anti-Semitic displays by Hungarians at a game against Israel last August.

Jobbik president Gábor Vona said his party views the programme organised by the Football Association on 56-osok tere as a counter-function which divides national unity.

The Association is sponsoring a live music performance and a giant screen for those who want to watch the match in a crowd.

Vona called on supporters to root for the national team with Hungarian or Székely flags and not to display party badges or emblems.
