From the organisers: One of our members, Theo, suggested reading Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain - one of the foundational books of the so-called New Age movement. It's a very hands-on instructive book with a lot of positive "you create the world with your thoughts" sort of philosophy.
It's an easy read though, don't feel pressured to read the whole book - if you read some of it or ...
