"Poppies have been made available at the British and Australian Embassies, as well as at the British International School of Budapest and the St Margaret Anglican Church, from the middle of this month. They will also be available at Solymár Cemetery before the service. All donations go to the Royal British Legion to help ex-servicemen. "The British Embassy together with the Raoul Wallenberg Association organised a ceremony on 15 October at which a plaque was unveiled commemorating the courageous efforts of Raoul Wallenberg. The Swedish diplomat gave shelter for Hungarian Jews in the building of the British Embassy (Hazai Bank at that time).

Just like other expat kids in Hungary, on Monday morning this week Shiloh, Pax and Maddox all attended class in Budapest. Unlike most expat children though the Jolie-Pitt kids had former-SAS bodyguards, as well as police and paparazzi, around them at the start of school. Embassies In Hungary Going Green And Fair Trade

"In January, the Dutch Embassy became the first embassy in Hungary to go Fair Trade. The embassy just placed their first order of Treehugger Dan's Fair Trade Kafequo coffee (55% arabica/45% robusta). The beans come from Peru and Tanzania, and are mixed and roasted by Caffe Agust in Italy. This move was quickly followed by the Gambian Embassy.
