This spring the world’s first ever classical music talent show had its second run in the Hungarian Television, and just like last year, the freshly discovered young talents will give a gala concert on St. Stephen’s Day, when we celebrate the foundation of the Hungarian state.

This summer on the Margaret Island Open-air Stage the line up includes a 'super-spectacular Magic Show'. The Zemplén Festival in northeastern Hungary will celebrate its 25th anniversary, with a focus on classical music and jazz, between August 12 and 21. Some sixty events will be held at over thirty venues in nearly twenty towns and villages, festival director Miklós Turjányi told public news channel M1.
