A Syrian man in preliminary detention for his alleged role in clashes between migrants and police last week was found in possession of a total of nine passports, eight of which were issued to people other than himself, Hungary’s national police said. Earlier, the daily Népszabadság reported that the 39-year-old Syrian man known as Ahmed H had a total of seven passports.

Those interviewed were asked to rank various aspects of their life on a scale of one to ten. Overall, the EU average was 7.1, while that for Hungary was 6.2, level with Greece, Cyprus and Portugal.
