SHE- Tales of Ancient Goddesses Kathak Dance Performance of Sharmistha Mukherjee and her dance group. In Rig Veda, one of the earliest literatures in history roughly dating between 1700 to 1100 BC, there are references of several goddesses. Though none of them are central to the text, they are treated with curiosity and love for the powerful natural phenomena and abstract forces they represent.

"We are happy to announce that the Student Union of the University of Debrecen has re-launched its popular scholarship program to support some participants in Debrecen Summer School’s courses that will take place in summer 2012.

Frederick Sweet was born in New York City of Hungarian parents (both from Budapest) who had immigrated to the United States before World War II. Since Hungarian was spoken at home, Sweet acquired it as a second language.
