Members of Hungary’s Property Developers Roundtable Association (IFK) are expected to construct 71,000sqm of building space with a value of 152 million euros this year, the professional group told MTI. The scale of the projects is up 41% from last year. The value has climbed 29%. But IFK said it would still take 2-3 years for the pace of business to really pick up.
